Joker and witch - Return on hold

I have ordered a watch from joker and witch brand the delivery boy took the watch and just before handling the watch to the delivery boy I took a picture of the watch with the price tag but now they r saying the return is rejected and will reshipped the product because the price tag is missing while the delivery boy checked and took the product.
