Amazon - Return of wrong item hasnt been picked up after 4 times request is raised

I have ordered Aurion Boxing Gloves from amazon which was delivered on **nd Aug which was not as it was displayed on website. I immediately raised a return request and was supposed to be picked up next day. after * days i reached out to support as it no one showed to pick it up. then another request was raised to be picked on **th which didnt happen again and i reached out to team again and same request was raised again to be picked up and no happened again. Now support team is repeating the same issue.
i know the refund amount is small but i dont want to compromise on just promising something and sending off something. also wasted * days waiting for pick up postponing other things
