Tata Cliq App - Return of product

I bought a smart watch from tata cliq i m not satisfied with the quality of product and came to know about the app for the product after using it that this was the worst product. App for the product have less than *.* rating on play store. So I placed a return request then I came to know that I have to talk with the manufacturers about the same as so ii wrote them. they reverted back i provided the same to to tata cliq.
Today my tata flow app showed the return was declined no call no any information directly got declined . So I chal their customer support then the told me I can replace the product with the brand as if the will manufacturer new one for me.
Now the are tell me of their different policies.
