I bought a kemei trimmer from Flipkart. They took around * weeks for delivery and finally delivered the wrong product. The model I received was different and inferior to the one I ordered. I placed in a return request. Flipkart claims that they sent me a mail asking for photos of product , my personal information like adhaar card. I didn't receive any email . I finally contacted customer care and told him the exact same thing that I didn't receive any email. He told me that Flipkart team will contact me by * pm which they didn't. My return request was rejected the same day without any resolution. I put in a fresh return request which got rejected within an hour. The return window is till **st August. After repeatedly calling Flipkart they told they ll get back to me in ** hrs. I feel they are just stalling and this is their strategy to sell inferior product during sales which is highly unprofessional.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
