I purchased an air conditioner from lotus electronics and they promised installation of product along with charges. However, when certain technical challenge in installation faced, they refused to do the works. Hence, I asked for return and refund as the ac was brand new and box sealed pack. The company denied return and also refuses to give any response after that
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
