Lotus Electronics - Package not delivered

On *th Apr ****, we have put an order to get a cooler delivered with Invoice No. **R******* with the total cost **,*** Rs. It's been * days the order hasn't been delivered. Mr Lokesh ( Contact No. ***** *****) said the product was not in stock till date and would be delivered soon but no confirmation has been given. Mr Lokesh clearly stated that the delivery date as of *th April which has passed already. Expecting justice by the consumer forum. Kindly assist.
