I purchased panasonic ac from lotus electronics e*/** arera colony bhopal on (**/*/****) Swing motor was damaged n there is some problem with cooling aswell. They committed to replace it on */*/**** but till now they haven't replaced it and now I don't want to keep that ac I want my money back as they are wasting my time energy and not providing service at committed time I am very disappointed. I went there to purchase voltas ac but Sells man gautam forced me to purchase panasonic ac. But now he is not cooperating, i said return this product before they told me product can't be returned now I said I read it on Google product can be returned on lotus than he is telling me product can be returned within * days. They are just fooling Customer to waste time. I want to file complaint against lotus and sells mam gautam. I have all the recordings of them . Please help me with this.
