I had ordered an air conditioner from tata cliq which was delivered on **th june ****. LG authorized installation guys came and reported the ac to be non working/faulty. I immediately on the same day raised a return request in tata CLIQ (Which according to their terms and conditions was permissible within * days of product delivery).
Since that date they are just harassing me and not processing my return. Every-time I call them they ask me to wait for ** hours. I really am fed up and want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
