Hi, This is pradeep. I ordered Infinix Note ** mobile from flipkart, I took delivery on *-*-**** and inserted sims into it. It is showing as switch off even full signal strength and mobile is on. I called to customer care executive within * days i.e., on *-*-**** of replacement policy. They said that their technician will visit within * days. Then the return policy got lapsed. now they saying return policy expired. They cant do anything
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
