Reliance Digital - Return of airpods

The store engineer has asked me to contact reliance and told me to play mail mail with them. See the product was not delivered right. Why are u playing cheap things. I also visted apple they also told me to contact reliance as it also happened with some other people also who ordered from reliance. Please i request why r u doing such frauds please help me. No action has been taken from ** days. Please contact the store again as they said u will only provide me refund. See im really stressed up please take action.

U delivered me fake airpods with a different serial number and bow u are sating that we cant do anything store engineer said we delivered right what is this kind of behaviour. U can take your product its untouched and unused please hive my refund back to me Please contact me once i will illustrate whole issue to you. I am seriously disturbed mentally as no action is being taken.
