I have ordered DELL Laptop N**** battery on **/**/**** for Rs ****/-.I have paid full amount via UPI. Order id is ****.The status shows it will be delivered on **/**/****.
But the package delivered only on **/**/****.I have inserted the battery in the laptop.But the size is bigger.I have told them in whatsapp immediately.They asked to send short video regarding this.I have sent the short video.Then they asked to send photos and I have sent it.But no response after that.They are advertising easy return but they dont.Kindly return my money.
