Amazon India - Return not taken

I ordered a Samsung **.* inch curved LED monitor on **-Oct-**** during amazon flash sale (order no ***-*******-*******). I initiated a return before the package delivered. Customer care executive requested to place return request once the product delivered. I initiated return as soon as the product delivered without opening it. Courier service provider asked me to carry the package to his office. I registered my grievance and complaint with Amazon executive, he apologized and assured immediate return. They failed to keep the promise, still, they didn't take return I have been waiting patiently for two months. I registered complaint thrice, I got the same answer but nothing happened as per their promises. I regret shopping with Amazon.
