I recently ordered a printer which came in damaged as its paper tray was out from one side and it could get more damaged if I tried to put it back in by force. So for me, the safest option was to get a new product and return the damaged one. So, I returned the product and thought okay i will receive the replacement soon but it has been more than ** days and my dashboard is not updated and the customer support tells me that the product is delivered to me.
