Shadowfax - Return not picked up

We had returned on **th February . It has shown that we would take return in *-* days . But it had crossed more than one week, till now they didn't take return of our product. We need our money back. Kindly check over this complaint and take speedy actions and take the product return as soon as possible and refund our amount quickly.
