I have ordered neraly for Rs ***** in Ajio.com.
The below showed products are not fitting to my size.i want to return the products,
The products are attached with the tag,but still the delivery boy is not picking back stating that the code is mismatching.
What was my fault in this..They are asking me to mail ajiocustomercare and asking ajio to remove the tag scan so that they can pick the products back... I sent the same to ajio mail ..they are not responding...all the products which I was suppose to return are having tag issues.they are providing the tag which is not matching to the particular item and then they are asking for the correct tag when I return.actually I spoke to the respective merchandise sellers about the issues using the contact number provided in the tag..they also confirmed that the tag is the right one...
But why ajio is still not considering that tag..and also I haven't removed the tag from the dress also..
It is attached to the dress only
