AJIO Reliance Retail Ltd - Return not picked up since 2 months

My return for this order id is pending since lockdown from March....The return was placed more then * months back....Return id #RT******* is not been picked up since May....all orders placed before lockdown are delivered in May and new fresh orders are also getting delivered...Why they are not picking up Returns then?? Customer care is not responding to mails....No one is bothered about returns...Date for returns are going and they are cheating customers by not taking returns....Kindly arrange return and refund urgently
