Parul Sahni filed complaint against Zivame on May 30, 2025
I placed an order of * items at Zivame on **th April ****. But due to size issue I requested for return of * items. The pickup was done on **th April **** by Ecom Express delivery guy, I have proof of his entry and exit at society gate. And the returned products reached their warehouse vendor on **th April **** as shown on Ecom Express tracing website. But now Zivame is saying they have not recieved the returned products and denying my refund. Please help

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
