I received a broken product and regardless or complaining about it for about **-** times, there is no resolution to it. It’s actually been months now that I have been complaining and they don’t come for return and it’s an expensive product so my money is stuck there too. They always tend to close to complain and keep filing it again and again, mailing them for the same and I’m so so tired of it. They’re making an absolute fool of us by providing such products and not taking it back.
