I had bought Armani Exchange shoes from Kapsons Outlet, Sector **, Chandigarh on **.**.****. The sole of the shoe from the front is ripped off and cracked from the sides. I took the shoe to the outlet for repair or exchange to which the outlet bluntly replied that it is not possible as it is a year old purchase however it is still not a year since I bought the shoe. Also in order to avoid the conversation the outlet also said that the article was discounted which is also false as I have the bill for the same. You are requested to kindly help with the same with either repair or exchange for the article.
