I placed two separate orders — one on **th July (XS) and another on **st July (S). Shockingly, both orders were cancelled from your end, despite being shown as available on your website at the time of purchase.
If the products are not actually in stock, why are they still listed as available? This is misleading and unacceptable.
Now, coming to the refunds:
The S size polo t-shirt refund is marked as completed from their end, but nothing has reflected in my account.
The XS size t-shirt refund has been “processing” forever with no visible progress.
Their customer service has been no help whatsoever — I’ve been told to "wait **-** hours" repeatedly, with zero actual support or updates. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a brand like Armani Exchange
