Wrong status updated on the app saying quality check failed wherein I haven’t handed over the products for return to any courier people and they themselves( TATA CLIQ) has marked it by saying return complete and quality check failed..
I have called them more than *** times regarding this issue that how is the status marked return complete when I haven’t given anyone the products for return..and now when I want to return the products from past ** days they are saying we are investigating with the company..
They have asked me to share the videos and photos of the products to show them that the products are with me.. I have done that too.. so now again they are saying lets us investigate they are just not ready to accept their mistake and so not giving any resolution and kept my money with them
ITS MENTALLY TORTURING ME BECUASE FOR NO REASON THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONY WITH THEM..
And not even sending anyone to pick up my products and send me the refund
