It's a furniture renting company. I use it because I can terminate when ever I want it's been an year I am using there services. In policy they have to end maximum with ** days notice. Due to lockdown they could not take the request and rejected multiple times and along with that I have to pay the rent unnecessarily and now they want me to still wait for ** days and last *days before I had raised the request I have to unnecessarily pay the house rent to maintain this furniture. And I have to bear all the expense for the situation and they are exploring the situation
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
