I had ordered rental furniture from furlenco on ** May **** and had paid the rental amount for * year upfront.
In spite of repetitive reminders to deliver the furniture of *th June **** (I have a mail confirmation for this), the company failed to deliver it. On calling the customer support we received a mail confirmation that the furniture will be delivered on *th June ****. But till now, the furniture has not been delivered. They are again and again rescheduling even though we have paid in full.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
