My single-door fridge has not been working for the past ** days, and despite my numerous attempts to get it fixed, I have not received any satisfactory assistance from your representatives.
I have called almost every day and complained over ** times, but all I have received is a scheduling call for a replacement that has never materialized. This experience has been mind-draining and feels like a complete waste of money. It seems like your representatives are simply making fools of us by promising that the issue will be resolved, but in reality, nothing has been done.
It has been over ** days, and I still have not received a replacement for the faulty fridge. Furlenco appears to be completely ignorant of its existing customers, focusing solely on acquiring new ones and neglecting the issues faced by current subscribers. Today, when I asked for confirmation, I was sent a handwritten email, which only added to my frustration. Are we, as customers, supposed to accept such unprofessionalism?
I am extremely disappointed with Furlenco's service and the way my concerns have been handled. Therefore, I request you to cancel my subscription immediately and initiate a refund. I will not recommend Furlenco to anyone based on this experience.
