Netmeds - Return not credited netmends com
MAYINAK DAS filed complaint against Netmeds on Aug 19, 2022
Have ordered online medicine from netmeds.com on *th March ****. (netmed Head office *th Floor, EA Chambers (Express Avenue) No ** & ** L, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai - ******.)
Have returned the entire set of ** medicines as the patient got deceased in March ****. After several complaints still they are not resolving the issue and returning the money back, this is * months running for a return value of Rs ****/-

Have called more than ** times to customer care of netmeds and every time they are saying that they are escalating the issue !! Also have several mails but no resolution
BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION FOR MORE THAN * MONTHS !
