I had placed an order at womenstore.in and as the product quality was worst wanted to return it. As per their return policy, the product can be returned within * days from the day of delivery. I have been trying to contact the store for the past * days and there is no response from the website, no customer care/Whatsapp/facebook is answering the phone/message/email. It's fake and fraud website. I need the money back and the product returned as this seems a fake website managed by unprofessional people. Kindly look into this matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
