I had placed an order at www.womenstore.in and as the product quality was worst wanted to return it. As per their return policy, the product can be returned within * days from the day of delivery. I have been trying to contact the store since past * month and there is no response from the website, no customer care/WhatsApp/facebook is answering the phone/message/email.
I need the money back and the product returned as this seems a fake site managed by unprofessional fraud people who do have any decency of how to talk with people. We got a number from the site manager to call on **********: the person-in-charge was Rahul Sharma and he used abusive language with me and my father too. Requesting you to take down this website and request to return the money plus pay for the mental strain it has caused us. Kindly look into this matter.
