I had ordered an indian clothing item from a website which is well advertised on instagram. The name is WOMENSTORE.IN They told me to return the order and they do not cover shipping charges. I sent them the courier and the receipt of my courier as well. They said they will refund once they receive the item. They said they will take my bank account details and deposit the money. I got a message that my courier has been delivered and contacted them with the message. They stopped replying to my messages and have not picked up my phone calls ever since the item was delivered to their address in surat. They do not cover return courier charges and now i do not have a refund since many months, no replies from the company and no object either. I have emailed them many times but they do not reply.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
