Italian Vega - Return iniated but not picked up

I had done online shopping on site of Italian vega with order no OD*****, it was delivered on **th December and same day I had put a request for return, my return was approved and return pickup was to be collected on **th December, since then I have been writing them mails for pickup but no revert. I need return pickup along with refund of my funds
