I placed an order of gurkha pants which was * size smaller so i requested for the replacement. My order was picked from my home and I was informed that I will receive the replacement item in * business days however its more then a week I have not receivedy item the original order I placed was on October ** it's going to be a month now that I am facing problems. Their customer service is pathetic as the phone number is always switched off and they don't reply to emails. Also when we message on WhatsApp it gives option to receive a call back but no one have called back even after multiple requests.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
