I ordered * products, a shirt and a pant from Italian Vega website on dt.**/**/****. When I tried it, I found * problems with the product. The product were short on me and the material was of polyester which was not comfortable on me.
So I placed a return on the same day when I recieved it.
After repeated followup and email chains, finally my order got picked up and till date I am not receiving my refund amount.
My emails and calls are not getting answers.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
