Pathetic after sales service and support. Order a product on * may ****. Automated RETURN by them due to their technical issue nothing from my side. Requested them to reschedule delivery. But all in vain just reply in loop nothing else. Requested them to provide contact details of CEO but nothing from their side. Almost ** days gone by nothing from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
