I ordered a pair of shoes in Size * and it is not fitting correctly so I placed an exchange request for size * but the delivery executive REFUSED to pick the product saying that it is stained. However shoes are in perfectly fine condition. I am attaching pictures for your reference.
I'm really disheartened by this and your customer executives are not taking my complaint seriously either. They are saying that nothing can be done and I will have to keep the shoes of incorrect size with me.
I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND WANT REFUND!!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
