Bewakoof Brands Private Limited - Return cancelled

I had put in an order to return the product that I had ordered as I had received a sweatshirt instead of a jacket, both are good, but I would have liked the jacket more, for a special occasion. However, now I have no need for it, so I wanted to return it. But I came back to check the status, after * days to ntocie that my return order has been cancelled without my knowledge. I want to know why, I have suffered like this before as well where they didn't come to pickup the order during eid, and cancelled the pickup on their own, making me financially stressed. Now it's happened again.
