Failed to take back the router and refund the security deposit of **** rupees. Tried making many calls but no response, instead they cut the call as soon as I ask for the refund. As they do not offer service in my area I canceled it. They are not ready to refund back my security deposit.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
