Hey,
I ordered the PW Yakeen Chemistry Pen Drive Course.
The pen drive (APK running the pen drive course) showed an error, so I did apply for a return and refund on the same day. They arranged for reverse pickup of the pen drive on **/**/**, but no one came to pick it up. I emailed PW, and they said they would try to resolve the issue within *-* days, but not resolving my issue just said to wait for *-* days again and again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
