I have ordered on ** th feb **** as their t&c shipping time within ** days exclude govt holiday after all their t&c I enquired about my order they told me on * st April will ship this week ,after that ** th April also said material issue,**th technical issues and they given fake promise after that I raised complaint on *th May voxya complaint no ****** after that I told them I don't want your product I ordered it for ugadi festival so I don't need any more so please refund my money they refused even if I send ** msg then I got reply from them then I got msg from company on ** th may we dispatch I received today morning it's very poor quality cloth and unmatched dupatta with dress stitching is also not perfect the dress colour and dupatta colour was different we can easily find roadside also that's better than this and I didn't receive apology letter from the company the two ladies are cheating to everyone I want my money I am ready to return they should refund my money back please resolve the issue asap, they dragging the issue
