Lily Dale Designer studio - Package not delivered that was ordered almost a year back

I ordered * dresses in a combo offer through website on july *
Its been almost ** months since i ordered
I didn't receive the dress yet, tried to reach out multiple times in WhatsApp support numbers I didn't get proper response they used to say that they will check and let me know but I didn't get any true updates from them only the days are passing I'm getting only I'll check and inform text but not anything more or legit answers, I get text in insta DM i get reply as to get in touch in support numbers in WhatsApp, but it's not happening, I really doesn't understand if those guys are trying to cheat or what but how can I not receive my dresses after ** months since I ordered, after I paid full, I have all proofs , its really a big headache for me, I have purchased dresses from those guys so recommended it to my aunt and ordered for her, but it's a very big fault from my side to recommend them to her and its very much disappointing. They have so many policies doesn't it come under their policy to deliver on time, If I didn't reply or pay the money after order or delivery will it be good to them or if I return the dress for random reason will they accept,this was the case in the beginning but now they even stopped the fake replies i tried contacting them in Instagram dms, calls, emails and WhatsApp but none of them responded for the past few months. I seriously need a resolution its truly stressful.
