Lily Dale Designer studio - Not taking return and refused to refund

I have ordered on ** th feb **** as their t&c shipping time within ** days exclude govt holiday after all their t&c I enquired about my order they told me on * sr April will ship this week ,after that they have given different reasons like material issue, technical issues, etc after that I received the product today but it's poor quality cloth and I told them already a month ago I ordered it for ugadi festival so don't want your product please refund but they refused after that when I raised legal action on voxya for ** days back I have got this today but it's not worth it's totally different colour unmatched dupatta with dress, stitching is also not perfect so please help me to taking return their product and refund my money they didn't respond single mail also they sent me a roadside dress that was also better than this one they cheated every customer not sending order if they send poor quality and not responding very unprofessional business handle these ladies shaju aparna,and another one lady please help me to taking the product and refund my money back
