Ekta Monga filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 24, 2025
I ordered a Dholkee Ethnic Motifs Printed Angrakha Pure Cotton Kurta with Trousers & Dupatta (Size: ** - XS) from Myntra. It was delivered on *th October ****, and the return policy was valid till **th October ****. I raised the return request on **th October, well within the return period. The delivery was not open-box, and after checking the product later, I found that it did not have brand tags. Since I couldn’t verify this at delivery, I requested a return.
However, the pickup executive refused to collect it, saying the product had no tags. I informed Myntra’s customer care many times that the product was delivered without tags, but they have refused to accept the return. To make things worse, their executive wrongly recorded my complaint as “wrong product received,” even though I clearly mentioned that the correct product was delivered but without tags. (Attached is the screenshot)
Because of this internal mistake, Myntra is now rejecting my claim, saying that the “product received is correct and it was not tempered,” which was never the issue. My only concern is that the product was incomplete (missing tags) and I deserve a return and refund. I have attached photos showing the missing tags. I have also spent hours on calls and chats with Myntra’s team (often kept on hold for up to ** minutes), but they have given no proper resolution.
Their escalation team keeps giving irrelevant responses like “the product is not tampered,” which is not related to my complaint.
Additionally, it was mentioned in one of the notification emails is that "If the MRP tag is not attached to the item then you may find it as a sticker on the transparent polythene cover in which your item was wrapped."
However, even on the transparent polythene cover, it is written "XS-**", no sticker is there. (Attached is the picture). Therefore, I am reaching out through this forum to request the immediate acceptance of the return for the above product and a full refund of the amount paid.
