Culture circle - return and refund

i had order from the sneaker website call culture circle, the company claims to sell original sneakers at best deal, and the order was placed on **th march and it took so many day, to reach at my address, because they delivered to some wrong state in india, now when i finally received my order on **th of march, it doesn’t look same as the one they have posted in their website, and they are not willing to accept any return and refunds claiming their policy only accepts defect or unauthentic orders, and have been avoiding my request as it’s clear that they have delivered me a product that doesn’t look same as they have claimed in the website, and indicates a sign of scam, I do have the authentic certificate that they have send to me which also doesn’t look identical, i have all the evidence photos video screen shots and conversation with the customer support, please help me and other future customer to become victims of their scam and inconvenience service.
