I recently purchased a Coach Tabby ** from Culture Circle for Rs. **,*** (Order placed on **th August, received on **th August).
Upon receiving the product, I noticed the bag looks different from the official model and may be a replica/fake product. Additionally, I did not receive any receipt or warranty card or tag or any authenticity card. The shipping notification also incorrectly mentioned a paid amount of Rs. *,***, whereas I have actually paid Rs. **,***.
I have requested the seller to initiate a return and refund, but despite their assurance, I have received no resolution so far. I have photos and an unboxing video as proof of the issue.
