My package was originally scheduled for delivery on April *rd. Not only did the delivery date pass without the item arriving, but I was subsequently contacted and informed that there was a failure to source the product. At that time, I was asked to provide an additional **-day extension to allow your team to fulfill the order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
