I order a watch worth ***** on May ** i received a message on email and on their app saying the item is delivered however the item was not delivered on raising a complaint they said they had a glitch in their system and they shared a different tracking id and the item got delivered on ** May and its a different product all together. When i raised a complaint they said they have to talk to seller and its been more than ** hrs they are not responding. The claim they make is they do authenticity check before they send it to customers if they do the same why is the seller responsible for the delivery of the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
