Sandeep Kumar filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 5, 2018
I had asked customer care about return policy who replied that return will be added to bank account. And after that when I returned product then there was no any option in which I have to get amount and then they sent amount in myntra credits from where i can't transfer this in my bank account.
So I want to ask why amount of my product sent to myntra rather than my bank account.
