Rahul Gaikwad filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 13, 2023
I ordered a standmixer from Flipkart on **th july. I received the product around *:** PM on **th July and after opening that package I found that the product was damaged. I filed for the return at *:** PM on **th July. On **th July at *:** PM I got a message that I have to attach more Images and I replied back on **th July at *:** PM. Despite providing clear evidence of damage Flipkart was reluctant to accept the return. After informing the grievance officer about it, the return was accepted. Now Flipkart is reluctant to pick up the product and process the refund. The product was supposed to be picked up by *th of Aug and today is **th of Aug and still Flipkart has not picked up the product. Every time Flipkart send delivery executive on bike to pick up the product, but the delivery executive tells me that he cannot pick it up because the product is big and expensive. This has happened four times in the last one week. Clearly the intention of Flipkart and the seller is bad. On *th of Aug, I informed Flipkart about this, and I was told that the issue will be resolved by **th of Aug. On **th of Aug Flipkart again sent a delivery executive on bike and he told me that he cannot pick up the product. On **th of Aug Flipkart unilaterally without my consent cancelled the return request. During this time Flipkart's customer care has given false assurances and misled me.
