I ordered * mobile from Flipkart yesterday at **: ** with Order ID OD****************** but due to gateway failure(Photo attached) I did a *nd transaction from my credit card. In the morning delivery boy called for pickup, I told him to open the box then I confirmed you OTP but he denied without OTP he can't open the box before OTP submission. I opened the box that got two mobile phones same time I confirmed to the delivery boy and customer care. Since moring m trying to convince them I can't afford two costs of mobile. please return * phone from them. but they are denying they don't have a return policy.
Sir, please help I can't afford this much amount it's more than thrice from the earnings.
after a year I thought to buy a new phone on EMI.
Please it is my humble request I want the case against to them for returning the product.
Clearly, I've mentioned I can't afford this much amount due to the gateway problem its booked twice.
