I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart.
I was given the assurity that I would get my product latest by **:**pm, **/**/**, however neither by **:**pm nor after that(till now) I I received my product.
I even called Flipkart and tried to get an instant resolution but they did not help me satisfactorily.and upset me by saying that I would have to wait for around *-* days more for getting that product and even the resolution of my complaint.
On **/**/**, I was very eagerly and curiously waiting for my brand new smartphone(because of which I waited for several hours), but all my time ended up being disappointed and trust-broken.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
