I have purchased the USHA Max on **th June ****. Order No ***-*******-******* it was delivered on **th June ****. but the item which they sent was the used one so I requested for an replacement on the same day. And the Replacement was done on ** June ****. Order No ***-*******-******* but again this item was faulty not at working properly, so same day I raised a return request and asked for the refund. And the Return pick up was scheduled on **th June ****. But no one came to my Home or no one called, and this pick up was rejected by them saying, item verification failed, , I called the customer service and asked why its rejected. They told it verification failed during pick up. I told how can this happen if any one came to my home for pickup, if any one came give their details, who is that person who came and inspected. When I asked like this they agreed that no one came its the pickup person just updated like that. Again we will arrange new pick up request on **th June ****. But on June **th again same thing repeated. no one came to pick up no called and Pickup is rejected by reason as verification failed. I'm totally fed up with this Amazon. I have all the details regarding this. Please help me
