I requested for rescheduling of my flight booking earlier scheduled on **th Jan'****on **th Jan and paid charges Rs.**** as shown on ixigo app and received email mentioning that my rescheduling details will get updated in * hours but when I received intimation from airlines regarding baggage on **th Jan ****, I called Ixigi customer care and first they told me that my reschedule details will get updated in * hours and when it was not done I again called them to know status they informed ke that I have to pay **** extra for rescheduling....
Ixigo didn't informed me about extra charges earlier never sent me any email or message regarding the same and when I enquired thet told me that I have to pay extra amount.
This is lacking in customer services and such website and apps should get banned and penalised for lacking in customer services.
I request to lodge my complain against ixigo website and refund amount I am loosing due to negligence from Ixigo team.
